Job Description

Customer Service Executive at a Successful Manufacturing Company in Yangon

  • Lead, assist, and control all customer relations activities

  • Up to 1,000,000 MMK + Ferry + Meals Provided

About the Company

Our Client is a very international manufacturing factory which will allow you to contribute and development of your skills set in Supply Chain area.

The Role

  • Handle complaints from customers and ensure satisfactory solutions are obtained for both customers and the Company

  • Develop and maintain customer relationship and records by updating account information

  • Cross functional with Logistics / Manufacturing team

  • Comprehend knowledge on up-to-date on market information, products and be able to convey key message to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Customer Service experience in Beverage Industry and must be in Management Level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder

  • Business English level is a must

  • Strong customer relations experiences, preferably business-to-business (B2B) dealing experience
