Lead, assist, and control all customer relations activities

About the Company

The Role
Handle complaints from customers and ensure satisfactory solutions are obtained for both customers and the Company
Develop and maintain customer relationship and records by updating account information
Cross functional with Logistics / Manufacturing team
Comprehend knowledge on up-to-date on market information, products and be able to convey key message to customers
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of Customer Service experience in Beverage Industry and must be in Management Level
Bachelor’s degree holder
Business English level is a must
Strong customer relations experiences, preferably business-to-business (B2B) dealing experience
