The Role
Responsible for supervising day-to-day operations in customer service department
Interact with customer on day to day business, responding to their complain and guideline them to appropriate service
Provide sound solution on customers and Agents’ complaints and any related issues in close consultation with Stakeholders
Create and implement an effectively customer program
Manage and train customer associates and internal team to discuss customer interaction and details of action taken
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experiences in customer service in logistic service
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification
Strong command of English in both writing and verbal communication
Efficiency and organizational skills
In order to report, result and details of customer interaction with MS Office work
