Customer Service Manager at a Fast-Growing Logistic Services Company in Yangon

  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards

  • Up to 1,000,000 MMK + other allowances

About the Company

Our client is one of the Myanmar’s growing logistics services companies offering the greatest logistics solutions to customers.

The Role

  • Responsible for supervising day-to-day operations in customer service department

  • Interact with customer on day to day business, responding to their complain and guideline them to appropriate service

  • Provide sound solution on customers and Agents’ complaints and any related issues in close consultation with Stakeholders

  • Create and implement an effectively customer program

  • Manage and train customer associates and internal team to discuss customer interaction and details of action taken

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in customer service in logistic service

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification

  • Strong command of English in both writing and verbal communication

  • Efficiency and organizational skills

  • In order to report, result and details of customer interaction with MS Office work
