Description
Oversee and manage the aftersales service team, ensuring prompt and high-quality customer support for all automotive service inquiries and issues
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, focusing on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex service issues, ensuring timely and accurate repairs, maintenance, and aftersales support
Monitor customer feedback and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance the customer experience
Lead and mentor the customer service team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure team members are equipped to meet service goals
Manage the P&L for the aftersales service department, optimizing costs, resources, and revenue streams to meet financial targets and ensure profitability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field, 3 years of experience at a managerial level
Proven experience in the After Sales Service field, preferably in the automotive
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
