The Role

  • Implement an effective customer loyalty program

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and support other Call Centre daily operations

  • Report directly to General Manager

  • Manage team up to 20 staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in the service industry

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications are advantaged

  • Strong command of English in both writing and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
