The Role
Implement an effective customer loyalty program
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and support other Call Centre daily operations
Report directly to General Manager
Manage team up to 20 staff
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in the service industry
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications are advantaged
Strong command of English in both writing and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
