- Handling customer survey via phone conversation and finding out customers’ non satisfaction.
- Keeping policy records.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external agencies.
- Managing and training call center staff.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Customer Service at Insurance, Banking or Hotel Industries.
- Must have Insurance knowledge.
- Strong business level English
