The Role

Assure that all activities of after sales service are performed in a professional way.

  • Handling customer survey via phone conversation and finding out customers’ non satisfaction.
  • Keeping policy records.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external agencies.
  • Managing and training call center staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Customer Service at Insurance, Banking or Hotel Industries.
  • Must have Insurance knowledge.
  • Strong business level English
