Description
Accurately translate and interpret documents and key information provided by Chinese buyers and customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, proactively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs to support smooth operations processes
Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams throughout the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition
Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to facilitate customer requirements, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager, helping to monitor and optimize customer service performance
Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 years of Customer Service experience within 3rd party logistics service industry
Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with Chinese customers and partners
Strong customer service skills with an ability to empathize, listen, and address customer concerns and inquiries effectively
A collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales and Operations, to achieve seamless customer onboarding and support processes
