About the Company

Our client is an expanding 3PL provider and Freight Forwarding business, with a successful record in Mandalay and ambitious plans to expand into Yangon. Be part of a team shaping the future of logistics in Myanmar

Description

  • Accurately translate and interpret documents and key information provided by Chinese buyers and customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, proactively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs to support smooth operations processes

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams throughout the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition

  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to facilitate customer requirements, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager, helping to monitor and optimize customer service performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of Customer Service experience within 3rd party logistics service industry

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with Chinese customers and partners

  • Strong customer service skills with an ability to empathize, listen, and address customer concerns and inquiries effectively

  • A collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales and Operations, to achieve seamless customer onboarding and support processes
