Job Description

Customer Services Manager at a Successful Global Insurance Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for supervising and managing the customer service team, training staff members to provide the highest standards of customer services

  • Up to 3,000,000 MMK + other allowances

About the Company

Our Client is one of the fastest growing global insurance company that provides the best service.

The Role

  • Managing the Company’s on boarding/servicing of agents/ sales staff and operation staff

  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams for payout of commissions, sales incentives to all sales staff or agents

  • Delivering a comprehensive service to inquiring customers

  • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken

  • Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets

  • Prepare the reports and data related to the customer service and operations functions


  • At least 5 years and above experiences with Customer service and Call Center Operations experience in Banking, Telecom and Hotel background

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must

  • Good co-ordinations skills and process management skill

  • Strong communication over both spoken and written English with Presentation skills
