Responsible for the overall management of the Beans & Pulses exporting business and financial objectives

The ideal background for the role includes strong experience in handling end-to-end exporting processes for Beans & Pulses products, good experience in finding export markets and customers, sourcing commodities, able to be supervising the supply chain process of the business and regulatory body

Description
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the Beans & Pulses Trading Industry and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Maintain and direct the Beans & Pulses Sales Operations, as well as the business plans and develop business operations strategy
Research and develop market opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's goals
Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends for market reports
Maintain relationships with important clients, partners, and stakeholders, understand their needs, and anticipate new marketing opportunities
Stay current in the Beans & Pulses industry by attending conferences, and workshops, and maintaining personal and professional networks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in Beans & Pulses sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Strong communicator in both written and spoken English
Hindi language proficiency would be an advantage or expatriates are also welcome to apply
Proven track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns, and customer satisfaction
Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
