Description
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve overall store performance
Manage daily retail operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company standards
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained and continuously improved across all retail locations
Oversee inventory control, stock management, and visual merchandising to optimize product availability and presentation
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in Retail industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
