Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing) at International Business Group in Yangon, Myanmar
Responsible for developing and managing commercial functions of the business units under the group
Up to 3,500,000 MMK per month
The Role
The ideal background for the role will be strong hands-on experience in managing the commercial function of diverse businesses, ideally experience managing Telecom business in current or experience. Has previous experience in engaging with ministries and experience working in complex working environments and multiple stakeholders

Description
Provide Sales, Marketing, and Business Development activities to the Companies related to Media & Digital, such as introducing potential customers, conducting productive meetings, proceeding with various activities, expanding/maintaining existing businesses, and creating new business collaborations with customers
Provide Operational support to the Companies related to Media & Digital, including but not limited to communicating with staff in the Company frequently and deeply hearing what they want to do, and thinking and providing good solutions to them
Discuss and negotiate with several ministries, regarding the specific project. Create prompt memos and sometimes provide translation (English to Myanmar and Myanmar to English) during the meeting and translate meeting material also. Raise practical and realistic solutions for overcoming challenges for the specific project
Coordinate Weekly regular Department internal Meetings and update business activities
Maintain office BCP (Business Continuously Planning) for the department
Perform and complete other tasks and assignments as needed for the Office
Requirements
High proficiency in English (both writing and speaking) to effectively communicate with customers, counterparts, and within the office
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development company. Ideally managing JV business commercial activities or working in a supporting function
Good in communicating with staff in related companies, customers, and PIC at Ministries
Good at using MS Office applications, Online systems, email, etc
Business trips are necessary to communicate directly with customers, counterparts, and Ministries
Good in document handling, recording, and reporting
Good organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
