Deputy Sales Manager at a Leading Telecommunication Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for the sales growth of the mobile money products, mainly distribution channels, and building close relationship between the sales team and channel members in the region

Description

  • Develop and revise distributor sales force strategy and execution plan, support the implementation of key events and activities

  • Manage services to merchants, agents via traditional, key account, and direct sales channels

  • Participate in managing the design and execution of appropriate and effective trade campaigns

  • Hit monthly/quarterly/annual sales/revenue/new acquisition targets

Requirements

  • Total 5 years of relevant working experience with Sales & Marketing in financial sectors especially fintech or mobile money industries

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and an enhanced multitasking ability

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Burmese

  • Able to offer insight beyond daily duties and find an alternate solution
