Development Team Lead at a Well-known Digital Services Company in Yangon
Leading the cross-functional product development team that’s responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment
Up to 3,000,000 MMK and other allowances
The Role
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to strategize, design, implement, and maintain both web-based and mobile-based business applications
Create and manage diverse system integrations, encompassing application-to-application integrations, services, and both internal and external APIs
Participate in gathering and documenting user requirements, contributing to the development of user stories, accurate estimates, and comprehensive work plans
Generate detailed reports, manuals, and documentation outlining the status, functionality, and maintenance aspects of the software
Employ Agile/Scrum methodologies to design, develop, and conduct unit testing for applications, ensuring compliance with established standards
Uphold a commitment to high-quality development practices, meeting project timelines and budget constraints
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with 7+ years’ experience in software design and development
Strong hands-on experience in NET/Core/WCF
Experience in technologies including but not limited to the following: React Native, React JS, Java Script, Python, Angular JS, and Node JS
Experience with MSSQL is a must
Experience with continuous integration and deployment
Understanding of Agile development and Scrum, AWS cloud technologies, and microservice architecture
Excellent understanding of mobile web and native app development
Strong experience with Wallet mobile app or Digital payment app development
