Responsible for leading and managing the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Loyalty Program strategies, aiming to strengthen customer engagement, maximize customer retention, and increase customer lifetime value

Description
Define loyal customer groups based on behavior, value, and engagement
Design and develop a CRM or loyalty program tailored to attract and retain loyal and high-potential customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Product, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure CRM integration supports company-wide objectives
Monitor key CRM metrics including retention rate, reactivation, frequency, and customer lifetime value
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in a related industry and at least 5 years of experience in a management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantage
Business English is a must
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
