Description
Develop the distribution strategy for Agency Channel and Partnership Channel
Create the compensation schemes and tactical incentives for the sales force
Monitor the business plans, KPIs and results
Perform daily, monthly, quarter report on sales performance and market information
Identify market trends, competitors and regulations in development of strategies for distribution channels
Develop and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience in distribution planning or sales force effectiveness or business & performance analysis functions in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Beverage and Distribution sectors
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or other related fields
Must have analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage the multiple people
Strong proficiency in technical skills with Excel, Power BI, and Words
Good command in spoken and written communication in both Burmese and English
