Play a pivotal role in the import process, handling document verification, license applications, and seamless customs clearance coordination

Drive efficiency in export procedures, ensuring precise issuance of shipping documents, license applications, and customs clearance arrangements

Provide top-notch customer service to third-party importers and exporters for ensuring satisfaction and smooth transactions

Collaborate closely with logistics, commercial, and production teams, fostering seamless coordination with third-party vendors for transportation, warehousing, and labor services

Stay ahead of the curve by staying updated on import/export regulations and tax changes, while mastering systems like EKA for enhanced productivity


Bachelor's degree or Diploma in logistics or supply chain

At least 2 years of experience in the import field, especially custom clearance documentation

At least Intermediate English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
