The Role
A pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards are upheld across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on compliance, risk reduction, and driving a safety-first culture in alignment with both global frameworks and local regulations

Description
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS systems across the factory in accordance with global and local standards
Monitor health, safety, and environmental KPIs; analyze trends to develop and execute corrective actions
Drive initiatives to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure zero-incident operations
Align factory-wide EHS programs with ISO standards and corporate sustainability goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct training, audits, and compliance programs
Manage EHS-related budgets, reporting, and documentation to meet performance targets
Coordinate risk assessments, emergency response planning, and contractor safety management
Serve as a key contact for internal audits, external inspections, and stakeholder reporting
Foster a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Health & Safety, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS roles, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ISO systems, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and implement compliance frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in English and Burmese
