Employee Relations Manager at an International Financial Institution in Yangon

  • Responsible to facilitate and manage employee relations on behalf of the company

  • Up to 3,000,000 plus attractive bonus

About the Company

Our Client is one of the largest financial institutions in Myanmar and providing financial services to people who lack access to conventional banking.

The Role

Designs, plans, and implements a company's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintains good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction

  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs

  • Uses surveys, interviews, and other studies to conduct research regarding human resource policies, compensation, and other employment issues

  • Resolving employees' issues and handling complaints to protect the general interests


  • Typically requires 5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral

  • Strong command of both written and verbal English is required.
