Description
Responsible for utilities, production machines, and equipment maintenance plus managed operation and project budget
Maintain and enhance engineering standards to meet production demand and lessen breakdown time
Ensure all the maintenance operations are in compliance with company safety standards
Perform new installation projects within the allowed budget and time by coordinating
Proactive in saving cost through efficient spare parts management
Lead and manage all maintenance activities of plant equipment and facilities
Strive to improve energy consumption for a greener environment
Requirements
Degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, or any Engineering Discipline
At least over 5 years experience Management level in the manufacturing Industry (FMCG experience Preferred)
Have knowledge about manufacturing processes and techniques
Must be able to support and train the team for continuous improvement
Business English is a Must
Only Myanmar Nationality
