The Role
Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal colleagues or external customers
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings and taking minutes during meetings
Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
Must have a strong command of English
Excellent MS Office knowledge
