Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, including managingcorrespondence, scheduling appointments, and conducting research
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments or external associates and follow up on behalf of the CEO
Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism
Organize and schedule meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutesand distributes the minutes and follows up on action items
Ensures all correspondence is filed on a methodical systematic basis
Maintain records of important contracts and documents
Support special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
Prepare and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
Assist CEO for the preparation of Myco process
Perform other tasks as required by the CEO and be willing and ready to contribute and assist where needed
Assisting with translation between English & Burmese language where needed
Oversee the management of the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, Email) and the customer service hotline
Manage the company’s social media channels including replying to the customer’s enquiries and resolving any complaints with the help of relevant department (Credit Operations, ESG)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field
Fluent level of English, both spoken and written
Any graduate
Accurate and detail-oriented person
Stress resistant and able to respect deadlines
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Burmese
Intensive travel around Myanmar as required
Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
