About the Company

Our client is a Leading Financial Service Company in Yangon and always trying to provide the best products to the clients and customers.


  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, including managingcorrespondence, scheduling appointments, and conducting research

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments or external associates and follow up on behalf of the CEO

  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism

  • Organize and schedule meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutesand distributes the minutes and follows up on action items

  • Ensures all correspondence is filed on a methodical systematic basis

  • Maintain records of important contracts and documents

  • Support special projects and perform other related duties as assigned

  • Prepare and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation

  • Assist CEO for the preparation of Myco process

  • Perform other tasks as required by the CEO and be willing and ready to contribute and assist where needed

  • Assisting with translation between English & Burmese language where needed

  • Oversee the management of the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, Email) and the customer service hotline

  • Manage the company’s social media channels including replying to the customer’s enquiries and resolving any complaints with the help of relevant department (Credit Operations, ESG)


  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field

  • Fluent level of English, both spoken and written

  • Any graduate

  • Accurate and detail-oriented person

  • Stress resistant and able to respect deadlines

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Burmese

  • Intensive travel around Myanmar as required

  • Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
