  • Provide administrative & secretarial support to Chairman including scheduling appointments and business meetings, writing correspondence, email, answering questions & requests.

  • Up to 1,000,000 MMK plus other allowances & benefits.

The Role

Deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to the Chairman, encompassing tasks such as coordinating appointments, orchestrating business meetings, composing correspondence and emails, and promptly addressing inquiries and requisitions.

Description

  • Prepare Meeting agenda and take meeting minutes

  • Maintain records of the important contracts and documents

  • Prepare and arrange travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation

  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external associates

  • Convert written materials from one language into another when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and Certificate/diploma in secretarial management or business administration is a plus

  • Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English language

  • At least 2 years experiences in related position

  • Good at using Microsoft Office Applications, fax, internet & e-mail

  • Good in document handling, recording and reporting

  • Able to travel
