Executive Assistant at the successful IT solution provider in Yangon

  • Handle all the documents and contracts in a secure way.

About the Company

Our client is the growing IT solution provider based in Yangon.

 

The Role

Responsible to manage all the administrative tasks within the organization.

  • Assist the team with business related tasks such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks

  • Develop financial statements, memos, invoices letters, and other documents

  • Perform office duties including the order of supplies and keep the confidential database.

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related administrative field

  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other professional business qualifications is highly preferred

  • Strong command of English in both verbal and written is required

  • A team player with relevant interpersonal and ability to organize daily workload.
