Our client is a successful fine dining restaurant with high market position which will allow your career as Executive Chef to grow together with the organization.

Description

  • Developing and standardizing recipes and maintaining safety and sanitation in the kitchen

  • Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and food

  • Choosing menu designs and determining menu prices.

  • Direct report to General Manager

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in creating and making western cuisine

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Intermediate English is a must

  • Has strong experience in F&B management, food testing and menu creation skill
