Description
Developing and standardizing recipes and maintaining safety and sanitation in the kitchen
Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and food
Choosing menu designs and determining menu prices.
Direct report to General Manager
Requirements
At least 15 years of experience in creating and making western cuisine
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Intermediate English is a must
Has strong experience in F&B management, food testing and menu creation skill
