Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms
Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence
Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
At least 3 years of working experiences in Secretarial tasks
Bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in secretarial management is preferred
Strong command of English is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
