Executive Secretary at the most successful Internet Service Provider in Yangon

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences

The Role

Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms

  • Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence

  • Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.

  • Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experiences in Secretarial tasks

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in secretarial management is preferred

  • Strong command of English is required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
