Description
To set up facility services procedures and policies
To ensure that each property complies with relevant laws, policies, codes and regulations
To budget and agree contracts of facility services including security, parking, cleaning, pest control, landscaping and catering as required for the assigned property
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics
At least 7 years of experience in Building Management System and managing engineering & facilities in Grade A buildings and Office towers
