Description
Leading implementation of GM & BOD to ensure compliance across all employees
Providing close management and guidance to Production staff
Conducting inspections to ensure product compatibility and submitting findings to relevant authorities
Supervising manufacturing processes to maintain and optimize production and minimize losses
Liaising with Planning and other cross functional departments to expedite the purchase of necessary materials
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree is a must
5 years of minimum experience in the Rice industry
Excellent communication skills in English
Understanding Local rice industry key players
Strong problem solving skills
System and computer skills preferred
