The Role
Support general administration in managing inventories and stocks
Carry out reception tasks such as greeting visitors in a kind and respectful manner, offering beverages and food and directing visitors to their scheduled appointment etc
Organize logistics support for meetings, seminars and projects when requested
Provide other administrative support and carry out general office management duties as required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in English
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
