Focus on general financial management, budget planning, financial reporting, cash flow analysis and ability to work in highly dynamic, team environment and work with cross-functional teams.

The Role
The role is responsible for the budget planning and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow to make the business decisions for the company.

Description
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company and oversee cash flow management.
Lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast budget.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Initiate the following year budgeting work, well in advance by monitoring sales trends, costs inflations and inventory situation by giving feedback to concern department to ensure a good estimate for the following year.
Measure and report UP sales revenue against the Budget.
Calculation of pricing
Manage for ground check of warehouse and stock checking.
Requirements
B. Com, CPA or other equivalent degree with ACCA and Financial Management Diploma
At least 5 years working experiences of finance generalist fields and 3 years experiences in manufacturing company.
Proficient at accounting management system of ERP and advance Microsoft Excel
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – Presentation)
Experience as head of finance or senior finance leader
Strong knowledge of Myanmar Accounting Standards and IFRS, costing, taxation, and corporate governance Well knowledge on Government Tax Laws and experience handling all company taxes
Myanmar (Native) / English (Fluent). If able to communicate in Chinese language, it would be preferred.
