Job Description

Finance Manager at a Successful Financial Services Company in Yangon

  • Manage all of the matters relating to finance including staff’s management and capacity development

  • Up to 2,000,000 MMK and Other Attractive Benefits

The Role

Lead the whole Finance Department and managing daily operations to report to the senior management

About the Company

Our client is one of the evolving financial service companies in Myanmar that provides best customer financial services to people in both urban and rural areas

Description

  • Managing cash position Daily and Monthly, and report to Management

  • Checking Cash Book or any other system recording daily transactions and maintenance accurately

  • Manage Payment transfer (domestic, overseas) at the bank counter or by iBanking

  • Funding process management (Loan facilities / Drawdown/ Rollover) with Banks

  • FRD loan Extension and Borrowing report for banks, and others relating Finance

  • Support Budget creation and Mid-term plan and update Budget control file Monthly

  • SAP (TRM) entry & approval

  • Compulsory saving withdrawal control

  • Manage Daily preparation of personal loan and staff loan for All Branch

  • Response for Internal and External audit requirements

  • Preparing financial statement relevant with Finance

  • Implement for staff skill development plan and provide proper training

  • Preparation for reports (RM report/BOD report) relating to Finance

Requirements

  • B. Com, B.Act, LCCI Level 3, ACCA part-I & above

  • Working experience at least 5 years in the accounting and finance field

  • Advanced English-communication skill

  • MS Office - Especially skilled in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Having experience of supervising over 5 staff (Preferable)

  • Experience in Budget creation or working at Treasury (Preferable)
