To provide and ensure the principal is fully supported in all aspects of their work including confidential matters, managing the office, secretarial and administrative functions
Up to 1,200,000 MMK + Other Allowances

Description
Provide efficient administration and secretarial assistance to the principle
Manage the principal’s dairy and time including booking appointments, acting as a gatekeeper, receiving visitors, providing preparatory support, and making travel arrangement with school drivers
Maintain a file of all school policies, advise the principal when they are due for review and due to be updated in school procedure and guidance
Undertake responsibility for all necessary administration relating to the areas within their remit
Report to the principal
Requirements
Business English or advanced English speaker
High standards of professionalism regarding to confidentiality and discretionary
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any other MIS systems
Understanding of statutory safeguarding requirements including safer recruitment and child protection
Excellent people management skills
Ability to delegate, meet deadlines, priorities, and combine accountability with autonomy
