The Role

Responsible to build and maintain Financial Education Program to offer financial education services to community citizens

About the Company

Descriptions

  • Plan and coordinate marketing and communications for all programs and events associated with the implementation of the funds

  • Maintain program records (contact sheets, community partnerships, evaluations, and statistics)

  • Continually researching and gathering information on financial literacy best practices to inform financial literacy methods

  • Travel to non-profit locations and conduct educational workshops and meetings about topics such as budgeting, debt consolidation, retirement planning, and other financial topics

  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners to effectively meet the needs of the community

  • Provide coaching and followup as needed to individuals and organizations

  • Use various forms of communication to work with groups of various sizes and ages

  • Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent from a reputable institution

  • At least 7 years of market research, business strategy experience as well as previous financial services experience or knowledge preferred

  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office products

  • Experience in and demonstrated ability to conduct small and large group presentations

  • Native Burmese and a strong command of English is required
