Experience in crafting effective product sales strategies and implementing operational programs is highly valued. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential to effectively drive sales, provide exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction

Our client is a renowned American corporation specializing in manufacturing a wide range of agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains, and lawn care equipment. Additionally, they offer financial services and engage in various related activities, catering to diverse industry needs


  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring excellent service delivery and operational execution in contracted services

  • Foster client and community relationships, assess operations and develop plans for optimal service and customer satisfaction

  • Build and lead a capable management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and growth, recommending methods and resources for implementation

  • Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets and design improvements for financial performance and operational productivity

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining records and reports


  • Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in Master of Business Management

  • Must have over 10 years of working experience in Agricultural Machinery Management background

  • The ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role

  • Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff

  • Proven ability to lead through other managers

  • Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis

  • Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives
