Description
Lead and manage a team, ensuring excellent service delivery and operational execution in contracted services
Foster client and community relationships, assess operations and develop plans for optimal service and customer satisfaction
Build and lead a capable management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives
Identify opportunities for service improvement and growth, recommending methods and resources for implementation
Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets and design improvements for financial performance and operational productivity
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining records and reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in Master of Business Management
Must have over 10 years of working experience in Agricultural Machinery Management background
The ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role
Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff
Proven ability to lead through other managers
Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis
Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives
