Job Description

General Manager at a Successful Heavy Machinery and Trading Company in Yangon

  • Responsible to manage distributor for the whole country

  • Salary is negotiable.

About the Company

Our client is one of the fastest growing group of company providing heavy machinery trading company have many branch offices around Myanmar.

The Role

  • Manage the nationwide sales teams, provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs, negotiate and close agreements with large customers, and ensure sales team members

  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

  • Report to Managing Director

  • Ensures implementation of Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Key Result Areas (KRA’s) for the sales department

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experiences in Sales and distributor management with managerial level

  • MBA or Diploma in Sales and Marketing is required.

  • Intermediate Level of English is preferable

  • Familiar with CRM software system
