About the Company
Our client is one of the fastest growing group of company providing heavy machinery trading company have many branch offices around Myanmar.
Manage the nationwide sales teams, provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs, negotiate and close agreements with large customers, and ensure sales team members
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Report to Managing Director
Ensures implementation of Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Key Result Areas (KRA’s) for the sales department
Minimum 7 years of experiences in Sales and distributor management with managerial level
MBA or Diploma in Sales and Marketing is required.
Intermediate Level of English is preferable
Familiar with CRM software system
