Description
Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including but not limited to, staffing, inventory management, and customer service
Implement and maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
Ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests by upholding the highest standards of service and hospitality
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers
Direct report to Director
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in related industry and at least 4 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety
