General Manager at a Well-known Fine Dining European Restaurant in Yangon

  • Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving the overall success of the fine dining establishment

The Role

Description

  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including but not limited to, staffing, inventory management, and customer service

  • Implement and maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction

  • Ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests by upholding the highest standards of service and hospitality

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers

  • Direct report to Director

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in related industry and at least 4 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety
