​General Manager at a Well-known Food & Beverage Industry in Yangon, Myanmar

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, profitability, and team leadership

  • Up to 7,000,000 MMK and other allowances

About the Company

Our client is a leading organization with high market position which will allow your career as General Manager to grow together with the organization

Description

  • Monitor P&L statements, control food and labor costs, and identify areas for improvement

  • Set and manage budgets for each store location

  • Oversee daily operations across all restaurant locations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with brand standards

  • Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and service quality across all shifts and ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock rotation

  • Manage vendor relationships and supply orders to prevent shortages or waste

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in related industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Skilled in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, inventory, quality assurance, and compliance with health and safety standards
