Description

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive science lessons based on the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum
• Plan and implement lessons across a variety of scientific disciplines
• Organize laboratory activities, demonstrations, and experiments to support theoretical knowledge with hands-on learning
• Prepare and evaluate assessments, quizzes, and practical tests to monitor student progress
• Provide academic guidance, support student learning goals, and maintain detailed student performance records
• Foster a positive, respectful, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning
• Integrate technology and digital tools into teaching methods to enhance student engagement
• Collaborate with other subject teachers and participate in curriculum development and interdisciplinary projects
• Attend school events, parent-teacher conferences, and ongoing professional development sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience teaching IGCSE Science in an international school setting is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the Cambridge IGCSE Science curriculum
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passionate about science education and inspiring young learners
• Proficient in using educational technology to support lesson delivery
