The Role
Responsible for designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc
Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
Implement performance management/talent management initiatives
Attract, retain and motivate staff. Manage the recruitment process for employees and consultants ensuring that the right talent is identified and attracted
Requirements
Proven experience as Group HR Manager
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or relevant field
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
