  • Responsible to ensure that all human resources operations are carried on smoothly and effectively

The Role

Responsible for designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems

  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc

  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

  • Implement performance management/talent management initiatives

  • Attract, retain and motivate staff. Manage the recruitment process for employees and consultants ensuring that the right talent is identified and attracted

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Group HR Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or relevant field

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
