Manage overall daily office operations

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Manage office equipment
  • Manage schedules and deadlines

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in administration and office management
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must and degree in admin or business is more prefer
  • Good communication in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
