Head of Business Development at an International Health Insurance Company in Yangon
Responsible for handling the most important sales and active client accounts in the organization and maintain a strong relationship with them
Up to 2,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

Description
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Set goals for the team and developing strategies to meet the goals
Understand the needs of our clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
Research new opportunities and executing initiatives to launch new services
Work directly with providers to ensure they agreed on all the requirements and workflow while also ensuring that they cooperate with these entities
Requirements
At least 3 or 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Key Account Manager in Insurance or Banking or Financial related fields
Bachelor’s degree is a must or A Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Native Burmese with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
