Job Description

Head of Call Center at the fastest growing commercial bank in Yangon

  • Developing objectives for the call center’s day to day activities
  • Up to 4,000,000 MMK + interesting allowances

The Role

Responsible for handling face to face enquiries from customers

  • Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
  • Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
  • Preparing reports and analysing call center data to improve processes


  • Minimum 4 years of experiences in Customer Service Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Good communication in English is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Communication skills and Interpersonal skills


Up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
