Responsible for managing the daily activities of Card Operations Team, including payment processing and settlement, charge back processes for card issuing and acquiring

Responsible for building and driving the teams as a Key Player at Bank
Build strong team including providing the training, coaching and motivation the team to perform at high level
Develop the card operation policies, processes and procedures
Ensure to achieve a key milestones and operational and performance targets
Effectively collaborate with managers responsible for other card-related functions, including in Products, Technology, Sales, Risk, and Marketing
At least 7 years and above of experience in Senior Card Operations Management at banking industry
Bachelor’s degree or Business Management related educations background will be preferable
Excellent team and people management skills, including ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve strong performance daily
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Burmese
