Job Description

​Head of Commercial at a Global Leading Express Business Company in Yangon

  • Responsible to develop country sales strategy and marketing plan. Ensure sales revenue objectives are met through the management of skills and efforts of the Sales force

  • Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus Other Allowances

The is an ideal role for individual who has strong experience working in services industry, passionate about sales, team development, problem solving and committed to delivering the results

Our client is a Global leader in express services and solving the Myanmar Country International delivery service needs

Description

  • To meet customers at high level and build up C level relationship

  • Manage day to day activities of sales team and ensure the team is highly capable

  • Ensure the Annual revenue targets are met

  • Perform regular co-visits/calls with members of the sales team to coach and monitor development of skills and to identify further areas for training and development

  • Develop working relationships with Senior Management team as well as with Co Workers

  • Work with regional Commercial Functional Head

  • Actively support with Marketing function to implement Global, Regional and Country Marketing Campaigns and initiatives

  • Provide the data accuracy of customer master file

  • Actively collect competitor’s pricing, marketing, and service intelligence to counter threats

  • Ensure annual yield improvement projects are implemented and meet the target

  • Manage advertising and promotion activities

  • Work with finance team to reduce sales outstanding for improving corporate cash flow and bad debt

  • Work with key account for top customers

  • Ensure all standard processes are completed in Customer Relationship Management Tool

  • Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global Regional and Country objectives and targets

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree

  • Having minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing preferably in the transportation or service industry. A progressive and proven track record of marketing and sales success

  • Experience of building a sales team

  • Ability to perform under pressure and work within fast-paced environment
