Description
Manage service calls, spare parts, and expenses
Supervise internal service teams and customer solutions
Enhance repair standards and customer satisfaction
Share technical knowledge with teams and network
Improve service policies and systems based on products and agreements
Report to Head of Operations regularly
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or any relevant field
At least 7 years of Home Appliance aftersales service and management experience
Any qualification or certification in Sales Management
Proficient in problem solving and working within deadlines
