  • Responsible for all aftersales service operations, budgets, compliance, and customer satisfaction for efficient technical support

Description

  • Manage service calls, spare parts, and expenses

  • Supervise internal service teams and customer solutions

  • Enhance repair standards and customer satisfaction

  • Share technical knowledge with teams and network

  • Improve service policies and systems based on products and agreements

  • Report to Head of Operations regularly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or any relevant field 

  • At least 7 years of Home Appliance aftersales service and management experience

  • Any qualification or certification in Sales Management

  • Proficient in problem solving and working within deadlines
