Job Description

Head of Finance and Admin at one of the Manufacturing Companies in Yangon, Myanmar

  • Lead the finance and admin functions to ensure the company’s financial health and smooth administrative operations
  • Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus attractive bonus

The Role

This role requires to involve strategic financial planning, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and overseeing administrative services including procurement and facilities management

Our client is one of the Manufacturing Company in Myanmar and is also a part of a fast growing, international, diversified, and deeply integrated company within the polyester industry

Description

  • Oversee preparation, management, and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
  • Maintain robust financial controls and systems to ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies
  • Supervise the administration department ensuring efficient office operations, facilities management, and staff support
  • Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures to optimize organizational efficiency
  • Oversee procurement processes and vendor management to ensure cost-effective purchasing and service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements in Myanmar
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audit management
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
  • Competence in administrative management including procurement and facilities oversight
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
