The Head of HR and Admin needs to oversee all spectrum of HR functions, review and monitor all policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives, develop, implement, and manage key functional processes across all business units including leadership development, succession planning and talent mapping, performance management, talent acquisition and retention.

Act as a catalyst for people change and transformation at the Executive level
Advise and strategize on the development of effective employment policies across the company.
Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget.
Drive the continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement & welfare activities, maximizing productivity, devolving HR responsibilities to line managers, and building leadership capability.
Develop, implement, and manage key functional processes across all business units including leadership development, succession planning and talent mapping, performance management, talent acquisition and retention.
Responsible as career counselling practitioner to the employee, suggest potential career paths and set career goals for the employees
Manage development and implementation of remuneration and incentive frameworks, policies, practices, and standards that balance internal equity with external competitiveness (includes position classification, job evaluation, position description, promotion etc.)
Take a leading role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed.
Set up policy & procedure about the functions of administration for the company.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the management role of the HR field
Fluent level of both spoken and written English
A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, or a Business-related subject
A curious mindset, to think innovatively and rationally about concerns and come up with creative solutions.
