The Role
Responsible to develop human resource plans and procedures.
Ensure HR strategies and modify them to meet the organization’s goal
Dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures.
Maintain and revise the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
Develop strategic compensation structure align with performance management systems
Implement the solutions that meets the workforce demands and labor force trends, and also maintain the workplace health and safety compliance
Requirements
At least10 years of proven experience in HR Managerial field.
A bachelor’s degree is a must and other professional management qualifications will be highly preferred
Must be proficient in both oral and written English
A team leader with strong interpersonal and coaching skills who is detail-oriented and can work under pressure
