Head of HR at a Market Leading Medical Equipment Distribution Company in Yangon
Responsible for leading managers of the division and indirectly responsible for all employees within the division
Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus attractive benefit package
The Role
Head of HR needs to oversee all spectrum of HR functions, review and monitor all policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives.

Responsibilities
Identify areas of strategic and tactical improvements in HR processes and systems and implement new performance management system to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness
Creating change management strategies to achieve the organizational goals
Developing training programs to help employees understand and adapt to change
Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies
Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
Analyze the current benefits, evaluating the usage, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, plan experience, and competitive trends in benefits programs and identify the company's stance
Builds and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management
Requirements
Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role
Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Leadership abilities
Well understanding the business operation process of sales & distribution industry
Strong command of English is a must
