Description
Maintaining a highly engaging culture, motivating employees, fostering an environment with high levels of teamwork, accountability, communication, and vision to employees
Developing organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues; contributes information, analysis, and recommendations to organization’s strategic direction
Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly KPI as determined by the Management of the company
Reporting to MD
Requirements
Above 10 years of experience in HR
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management or HR field
Fluency in English
Excellent attention to detail; must work methodically using their strong problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Excel skills
