Head of HR at an International Real Estate Development Company in Yangon
Responsible to improve HR processes and implement strategies that support business growth
Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus attractive bonus

The Role
Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company's human resources department
Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relations
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc
Develop and manage the company's culture and resolve issues between management and employees
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of working experience in HR field
A bachelor’s degree is a must, and other qualifications in Business Administration or HR holders are preferred.
A strong command of a English is a must
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
