Head of HR at well-known local distribution company in Yangon
- Responsible for improving HR processes and strategies that support business growth and employee retention
- Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus attractive bonus
About the Company
Our client is an authorised distributor of various products which well-known local organisation in Myanmar.
The Role
Overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements and managing staff wellness and performance reviews
- Implementing functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
- Measuring the effectiveness of company’s benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Designing company policies and procedures and tracking key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in senior management role
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must and post-graduate qualification in HRM will be an advantage
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of labour laws and regulations
